I've read that some people use outcall only because of the risks. What are the risks? I think that the LE risk at an independent SP is low. What about personal safety? Does anyone have any stories about bad experiences (other than SP performance) from going to an incall place?

There is risk for both incall and outcall... to some degree. But an incall could obviously be categorized as a common bawdy-house and therefore illegal. I would assume the courts don't care what goes on during an outcall in the privacy of your own place provided it is with consenting adults. The risk of an incall bust is low... but far from impossible. Here was some more information on a Google search:

"Bawdy-Houses Offences"

The laws regarding common bawdy-houses are aimed at those people who own or manage such places. Since keeping a common bawdy-house is an indictable offence, the maximum penalty for persons convicted on this count is two years in jail. Penalties for other people involved, (i.e. customers and prostitutes) are not as severe; the other participants would be guilty of summary offences. Section a 197 provides a definition of the terms "place, " "prostitute," and "keeper" (Lowman, 1992: 64).

Since World War II, the places which have been involved in common bawdy-house offences are the residences of the prostitutes, "trick pads" (a location used exclusively for the servicing of a customer), and, most frequently, hotel rooms (Lowman, 1995: 338). The police are not required to prove that the place is used frequently, the simple "general reputation" is enough to demonstrate that acts of prostitution occur regularly.

Places such as massage parlours escape being prosecuted under the bawdy-house laws because the customer pays for a massage; anything that happens after that is agreed upon between two consenting adults. Any payment that the masseuse receives is, theoretically, without the knowledge of the proprietor and/or manager. Despite their sly modus operandi, several massage parlours have been prosecuted to the full extent of the law according to the this section of the Code (Lowman, 1992: 80).

Thanks Calloway. That's quite an eye opener. I've only used incall because of the lower cost and convenience. Getting caught in a bust would directly impact my job and my family life. I guess it comes down to risk tolerance and luck.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it Squid. To put it in perspective... you probably have a better chance of being hit by a school bus than getting busted at a KW incall. Unless of course... the incall was also working out of the school bus. :)

Please tell me where to call and sign up...

Can you imagine people coming in late, claiming congestions at the Highway Parking Lots ?? :)

Really the saddest thing that ever happend to me was when I saw picture of a SP, I've just seen couple weeks prior to that, in the newspaper. She was murdered and it took the police forever to find her killer. The killer was a guy she emloyed to run errands for her and he was totally obessed with her. Believe me, it is nerve recking when they don't nail the killer right away, because LE turned their attention of course to all her clients and turned her life upside down. That was 23 years ago, but I will never forget this. That's why today my biggest fear with incalls is that I could get dragged into a situation like this. A pretty girl working in the sex trade and a jealous boyfriend can be a lethal mixture.

So when you talk about saftety in regards to incalls, you have to worry about the SP's safety too. You don't know who rings to door bell after you. If something, god forbid, would happen in the KW incall circle we all would be worried beyond our imagination.

So, if you notice that a SP is lax about her safety, please point it out to her.

Im not so worried about John Law when its comes to incall vs outcall, Im more concerned about my own safety, Unless its one of your more reputable incalls safety is always a concern, As for Outcallls I used to do it almost exclusivley, I liked being on my own turf. Then one day I called a outcall which I wasnt familiar with, two days later i came home my place was ransacked, robbed,, Im pretty sure she cased the place when she was here..
