Hey guy,

I need some help. I just recently bought the Creative Zen MP3 and movie player and ever since i installed the program, my internet speed is all shot to hell. My speed should be 5 MB/s for download and 384 kb/s upload. However, after doing a speed test with rogers, my dowmload speed is slower than 384 kb/s. I called rogers and they say the modem is fine and traffick is pretty good. I'm convinced the software for my Zen has caused all this.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, is there a remedy?

I don't know how they could be related but you can uninstall it and see if it makes any difference. Also, you can try a system restore.

Did you do a speed test before installing the software?
