Is The term "Bolt-ons" Offensive ?

In the interest of a few lighthearted threads I came across this article today in a trade newspaper :

Dateline Feb 24 , Rubber & Plastics News .

Sears is dropping the Falken Tire line in April in objection to the import tire maker's racy advertising in two truck magazines .

The ad in question features a voluptuous model in a jump suit standing next to a Cadillac Escalade . One of the ad's headlines on the model's side reads "Her Bolt-ons " while the headline over the SUV's tires reads " Your Bolt-ons ".

Are we offended ?

I can't be offended. I think that's funny. Now the Gucci ad with a G shaved in a Womans pubic hair? I'm not so sure about that.
