The actual vote I see was 156-124 (which means there were 28 members not voting)
I thought that it had to pass the house before it could even go to the senate. This is what as screwed me up all morning.
The senate did a pre-study. Part of the rushing MacKay has instructed for this bill. The HoC gave 3rd reading 15mins. That's it. Fuckers!
Yet in the U.S. people complain about do nothing government because of a divided congress / checks and balances.

To Peter McKay the Prostitution scenario seems a bigger threat than ISIS. But this Government succeeded in removing the long gun registry, so every single day there are incidents of youngsters being shot here in Toronto. Yet this government want to fix something that is not broken. i.e. consentual sex between two adults that in 99.99 per cent of cases is safe and peaceful. My two cents.
