I spent a month in Singapore.
Talent can be found all over the country.
It's not really outcall or incall, you go out and find the talent and bring her to your hotel room or visit a local cheap motel.
You can visit any of the red light areas, geylang being the largest.
FYI, prositution is only legal in the red light districts.
Just ask your cab driver, he'll know exactly where it is. Many of them take kickbacks, so don't base your decision on their suggestions.
In geylang, there's usually 3 or 4 brothels in a row with what the locals call fishbowls (think massage parlour scene from Rush Hour 2) which many beautiful thai, sing, etc. girls are in.
Pick one and you can find a cheap hotel within the red light district or take her back to your hotel room. I remember the price for 12 hours was $100 sing or so.
You can also find alot of local talent at Orchard Towers (nicknamed four floors of whores by locals).
Walk in, eye a girl you like, buy her a drink and negotiate price.
You can find some great talent in health clubs/spas. They're listed in the yellow pages. Don't try to call escort service in the YP's. From what I've heard, you'll get poor service.
And at least, hotel staff can sometimes be willing. When I first checked in at my hotel, I was offered a massage by the staff.
I accepted and went to my room. A beautiful 18-19 yr old Sing girl came to my room. After a brief massage, I was asked if I wanted any special services. Enough said.
Be careful tho, not every girl they sent up was attractive and the uglier the girl, the more aggressive her pitch was.
FYI, you can almost always negotiate on price.
I hope this helps.
If you have any more questions, please ask.
Cheers,
