ISO - Torrent help

In another thread a link to a torrent for the movie Sicko was posted. I downloaded everything but I ended up with 30 different files that obviously form the movie in its entirety.

The files are names thusly:

canal-sicko.r00
canal-sicko.r01
canal-sicko.r02
etc

The file types are r.##

Any ideas on how I stitch these file all together for form one regular movie (avi) file?

might wanna verify the files w/ quickpar ..

There should also be par2 files appended for this purpose ..

Lot of crap (virus et al) is sent out in rar form. Be careful and look for ones posted by reputed names.

poster said its a torrent which has its own hash function to check if it is complete with no errors. Par2 files are for newsgroups where there is no built in hash function to correct for errors.
