I always make sure to suggest the police fire three warning shots . The first two to the chest , third to the head in case of body armour.

As a father of 2 boys (grown up now), I can say with certainty, the parents of this boy most likely approved of the "Lancslad" method.

Seems like a fair solution the the situation at hand. 50 cents worth of metal and a few grains of powder.
In the article it says it was actualy in China (PRC) which to me at least makes more sense than Japan.
