Java's Open Office

Hi all,
Just updating my Java file and offered the free download of their Open Office program which appears to be an alternative to Microsoft Office.
Anybody have experience with this program? Is it that much superior to MS Office?

Open Office

Many people are using Open Office as free alternative to the MS version.
Here's their site:

This even comes preloaded on many linux distros now.

I've used it and it's quite good but not as good as the real thing. If you need absolute total compatibility with others then I would stick with Office.
