They are going to cause catastrophic financial consequences when cities have to continually look after them. The cities blame the province but the real problem are the junkies, most of whom don't want help or have no intention to get off drugs. Help is needed for the 25% or so that truly need it.
Most, if not all, are Canadians who are the meth heads so it's not an immigrant problem. I've never seen a non Canadian junkie as they all speak perfect English. I can't say what my solution is, it's the same as what the paramedics say.
