I liked the John Wick films but other than that I don't think much of him as an actor.
Have read on the net, for what that's worth, that he treats people on the set with a great deal of respect. Something most actors probably don't do.

He was an ice hockey goalie at De la Salle college, guess he was a flop/acrobatic goalie like Mike Palamateer and Dominik Hasek!
He's an OK to good actor (he got better as he aged) and he is super professional on set from what I hear - Doesn't cause trouble, supportive of everyone else, generous in scenes.
So people like to work with him and he draws money.

But every now and then he will surprise me.
I believe I read where early on in his burgeoning career he was tied with David Geffen.
His reputation is being very gregarious and yet simple at the same time. There's pics of him on the net of him riding the subway.
He's also dealt with the death of a girlfriend.
