The only change has been ownership. Same older 60++ ladies , same routines. . Nothing new . A “busy” day might be 10 customers. A slow day, 2 or 3 guys show up. There are more slow rather than busy days ,hence the number of owners and name changes this place has been through. It is like a 4th.tier level, operation for the local blue collar dregs
