I have seen Ella, Chloe and Simone. Would recommend all of them and will repeat. Yes the place is more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for.

Speaking as someone who's seen her as well... Watch out for the elbows... she can sometimes dig in for the massage but she knows that's how i like it so it could be just me ... ENJOY her
If Jules was able to switch up an have some Fridays for morning portion she'd have my paycheck lol
They accept walk ins. I always mail or call in advance if I'm looking for someone specific on shift

Not once in 15 years has there been a price increase across the board at any licensed spa. NEVER. It was important to me that my staff made at least $100 per V.I.P session and even though I have to pay more rent, gas, electrical and also provide better amenities than the closest competitor, I didn't increase our prices. 
And a lot of us love the girls like I doHey fellas,
I wanted to just touch on our prices so you understand where I'm coming from. Very few people have complained but I thought I'd make a point of mentioning it to provide some clarity.
I can only compare our rates to other licensed establishments.
We are $10 more than the closest licensed spa which is in Durham Region but the $10 you're paying is to the attendant. It is $20 more for an hour but that also goes to the attendant. I don't make any more than other spas which have been around for almost 30 years and don't have any debt. I also don't charge my staff for ridiculous things like being late, calling in sick, lockers, wifi or charge them if the client decides to pay on card. Every other licensed spa in Toronto is actually more than we're charging.
I realize at the closest licensed spa you're paying the attendant but she then in turn pays the door fees at the end of her shift which are the same as ours.

Yes, this is true much like many spas. I'm picturing gladiators circling around waiting for somebody to make the first move on increasing door prices. Once one does, everyone sighs a really big sigh of relief and does the same in a huge free-for-all.
