I figured that would turn up sooner or later. The lack of response from my quest makes my point.
It's just a little north of a shame, perpetrated by a yankee academic for a political agenda. Sources claim that between 8 and 28 million people world wide celebrate it in it's many forms. Nice estimate and the vagueness of the statement says it just more fuzzy claims based on loose parameters in an attempt to look like major movement.
