I have been doing it for a while now and find it fun and working.

The exercises can be scaled for each participant, thus people of almost any fitness level can try it.

Ridgeman has his history a little wrong. Crossfit existed and was very successful long before Reebok got involved. While Reebok is now a sponsor, saying that it is Reebok's answer to anything is like saying the NFL is Nike's answer to college football.

To be fair... I didn't say Reebok was the originator. I merely said it was their answer to the controversy that started over their Easy Tone shoes.
