LAPTOP LCD flciking on and off

I have a laptop that best by fixed twice beause of bad display. Turned it on today and same proble. Best buy just otld me my warranty expried on the 3rd and im not covered.

WIll that be expensive to fix? Anybody has hook ups wiwth best buy, those bastards ripped me off
