lavalife was recently bought and i was wondering if they changed their policy and i noticed there isnt much traffic since the takeover .

yes it was telepersonals way back , but since then it has been bought in canada i think ? last summer .... they are starting to ban ip addresse there .

So, was it is your point exactly, almost every website blocks some IPs for one reason or another. Similiarly, some ISPs block some sites entirely from their servers.
