personally , I think you look like an idiot if you wear your pants like that , but I don't think they should pass a law telling you how to dress.

there's going to be someone that's going to make a pair of jeans with the top half looking like underwear just to get around this law.I can see it now , everyone's going to start wearing them.

the whole pants around the ass thing is just another fad, and it'll pass.
Then twenty years from now , those people will look back and say look how stupid I looked.

but thats the U.S for ya... waste time trying to push and enforce a bunch of silly laws while all the big things (and they have many) go walking on by... sheesh
