Layover in Toronto - Place To Stay Near Airport ?

I have a layover in Toronto coming up. Need to kill 4 hrs after a red eye flight. Is there anywhere near the airport and a reasonable taxi fare that a guy can crash for a few hours ?

By the time you get out of the airport and get somewhere you would have to turn around and come back due to airport security. So really it wouldn't be worth it.

I would suggest you go to your gate area and find a gate not boarding anytime soon. That way you can stretch out on a bench and set your alarm.

4 hours is definitely not enough time.

That or there are MP's in the area. A good massage just may do the trick!

There's a Sheraton built into the airport. Ask them if they have a special rate for your request.

I had a 6 hr wait between flights at Heathrow
found a secluded gate and since it was an overnight flight got some ZZ's
problem was they switched gates on me and I woke up and realized I had to run to the other end of the airport to my gate...almost missed the flight:frusty:
I know the lounges arent the most comfy but it'll do for a few hours, go have something to eat a drink or 2 and the time will fly by

This is a major problem at some airports, especially if you don't speak the language well. I was in Frankfort, attempting to stay awake, fearful they would change the gate and my subconscious not hear the announcement and wake me up.

Heathrow loves to wait till the last possible minute to give you your gate....and you walk, walk, walk....
