It had to come...they are charging higher prices for premium games.

But the kicker.....the poorer teams did not get cheaper....they became the base line.
PRICES ONLY WENT UP...for the premium games.

Eg...$55 seats up top.....stay at $55 all year....INCLUDING preseason!!!!!!

Premium games...they jump to $66

OUCH

By that standard (poorer teams) all of the games should be "premium".

As long as we as sports fans keep drinking the KoolAid there is absolutely NOTHING we can do about this.
As far as the Leafs go - well even if one or two people give up seats due to principles it doesn't matter because there are 1000+ people ready and willing to pay that price.

Add this too Sportsnet 1 and these sports organization feel like they can continue to screw with it's fans ...
The share holdes must get a hell of a laugh out of their Maple laughs. We make more cash then most and put one of the worst teams there is on the ice for over 20 years now. But that corp cash keeps coming and they keep selling out.

What a joke.
