Anybody else out there mad that the suits that run the Leafs have taken away all games on free tv (TSN, CBC, RSO, etc) and have this money gouging Leafs network?

The worst thing is that the Leaf always seem to have a good game on LeafsTV and that this year the superstar players like Crosby and Ovechkin games are only on Leafs TV.

It is amazing that companies like Reebok, which spend millions on Crosby, are not going crazy that their star pitchman is not being seen in the maximum number of households.

With the rise in the Canuck dollar and salary cap, the need for more "revenues" is a BS statement.

not ALL free games are gone

there are lots of free games on CBC (HNIC Sat nights?) TSN and SN. Ive been watching them all year there. It may be true that there are better games on Leafs TV though. Hey it is all about $$$$$. I have Leafs TV though so im not too mad What I hate is that there are only about 3 commercials they play. Tim Hortons, Capital One (stupid "You have bankers" ads) and one other one I cant remember now.

I wouldn't be mad if TSN, CBC , RSO etc decided Heck with the leafs , lets show the best teams playing that night ... sorta like Monday night football

Instead of Toronto and Thrashers , Show Rangers vs Pittsburgh..

It's only a few bucks a month or even included in a decent Rogers pack. I've had it for a few years and find it work the extra little bit.

I travel out west frequently, those poor folks have to pay $9.95 per game for many of their games! So 2.00/month is really nothing.

The Sens have 7 pay-per-view games this year at $10.95 @. There were five last year. Just two PPV games = a whole year of Leafs TV. The Habs are the only Canadian team to have all their games on free TV.

Its not the $2/month that has me upset..its the principle. The most financially successful hockey franchise on the planet is now gouging their incredibly, some may say insanely, loyal market, for that "little bit extra."
