One thing though; he did elude to something about moving it out of the city if it's legalized? What's that now?!!?
He's proposing a remote brothel, ala Nevada? Rosie doesn't want to to have to drive all the way to Algonquin for some love'n....unless it's muskrat lovin' of course.

We should keep it as it is. An outcall would be $500per hour after all the taxes and fees. I can just see the paperwork now, permits, licences, applications... Keep it in that nice grey area.
