Not really. There's tryst.link which seems to lean more towards higher end providers and then there is locanto which I can only describe as a horror show on a good day. Neither has the numbers or variety leolist does. Was the same in the Backpage days. One site got all the traffic
There's also Listcrawler/Escort Alligator, similar to LL but not as bad as Locanto. And also Bluesky(?) that's used to replace Twitter(X) for SPs. There are a couple of others I can't recall but just do a Google search should list them.

I don't know any that haven't been mentioned here but in my experience well reviewed agency girls have been much better than any independent SP, or spa girl. You just get a more comforting gfe and it just feels safer and more natural rather than transactional. Ymmv ofc, just my experience so far.

Why do you find Locanto to be a horror show? I do not find horror, but annoyances. Persistent messages from gays when you are only seeking heterosexual sex. Fake messages from Locanto to keep you engaged, etc...
