I know it will feel weird but lets just keep it anonymous. I have been working for a telecom company for almost 6 years and I stayed with them while completing university. I'm a project manager but I really hate the job, I don't know why I accepted it in a first place. I'm looking for new career opportunities now within the company and outside but seems like the company internally doesn't like to hire local talent, they hire from outside and its not like they are getting paid less or no benefits, they make almost as close as me and get benefits. And when I look at these guys and compare myself its not like they r any better.(For some of you that might think, i'm not bragging about myself, like literally you will look at them and be in shock, a guy in my department has issues when sending out communications, makes about tons of grammatical errors and yet is an Associate director with a hot secretary). I think the saying "Its all about who you know" is really true.
I know some of u guys here are well settled and have been through a lot. Am i being paranoid about the job? Honestly I've lost interest. And I don't want to give up...
