Schumacher wins hands down.

Not only did he avoid getting caught, the story was more entertaining. LOL, the cabbie hoping for a photo ticket was priceless.

Gilles Villeneuve was once stopped for speeding by perhaps the only Italian policeman who did not recognize him. When asked to produce his license and registration, Villeneuve presented his registry papers and his F1 Super License. He was not charged for the offense. The previous may be an urban legend. There's no way to be sure.
