Liberal lies? Say it isn't so.
It was always supposed to have a small effect

Lets introduce some math to moron Lily. So annual rebate is $560. ( Now gone) . When you divide that by 0.6% it means it covers off the inflation for over 93k in spending. So what can we conclude? Cons are IDIOTS. 🤣🤣

Only brainwashed Liberals can be convinced that a tax on fossil fuels made them richer than they were before.

But at least it helped fix climate change right?

Because if you don't support the carbon tax, then you're a climate change denier dammit!

That's why it was removed...or should I say "paused"...until after the election. Lol!

Because the climate is not important when there's an election at stake! OMFG! Lol! No denying that! hahaha

Well, well ,well more lies from the Liberals. They just can't help themselves lying to Canadians.
Of course only liberals would also believe the lie that they received more back in rebate checks than what they paid.
But Canadians who can think for themselves already knew this.

Canadians who thought for themselves and criticized the carbon tax were called climate change deniers.

I wonder if all those Liberals who supported Carney removing the carbon tax are going to apologize to everyone they had ridiculed?

Case & point...you think getting back $560 comes anywhere near the amount of money you paid for everything that went up due to the carbon tax???? You seriously think you had more money in your pocket after getting a rebate cheque?

OMFG...no wonder they managed to convince so many to accept their ponzi scheme.

No wonder they were quick to drop it once people started realizing they were being played and they were about to lose an election.

Dude what is with your lack of math. GEEZ. The inflation rate dropped by 0.6%...if ALL of that was ascribed to the carbon tax, take 560/0.6x100= 93,333. SO the $560 compensates you for the inflationary impact of the carbon tax on 93,333 worth of spending. To no be fully compensated you would have to spend more then 93K and if you spend less then 93K then you are ahead. get it? 👍🫡

Ah the liberal math. Right up there with the "budgets will balance themselves" math.
