In my mind Loni Anderson was the last of the over stacked, excessive makeup peroxide blondes popular through the 50's and 60's. I always wondered if you were her husband - how long would you have wait for her to prepare to go out?
I loved her character in WKRP particularly dealing with Herb Tarlek.

RIP Loni. I remember years and years ago there was a Nipple Continuity screen grab compilation of her scenes on WKRP. Sadly it will be hard to find WKRP episodes because they played copyrighted music on the show all the time.
Remember Johnny Fever being baked and being entranced by Pink Floyd's "Dogs " song ? Classic.

I had them both hot, but in the overrated (jennifer) v underrated (bailey) way, sort of like the Ginger v Mary Ann debates on Gilligans Island,

Loni played her WKRP character, Jennifer, to perfection. But I have to admit that I preferred Bailey over Jennifer.

I wasn't so familiar with her role on WKRP in Cincinnati although I did know her from this along with the Maytag man that had the bicycle shop on Different Strokes.

I was mostly familiar with her from guest appearances on both Threes Company and Melrose Place. Two shows in my top 10 of all time. RIP.

Loni Anderson could have done more with her career, her biggest mistake was hooking up with Burt Reynolds. It ruined her career. I loved WKRP, one of the most memorable episodes was Less Nessman becoming suicidal. Everyone tried to talk him out of jumping off a ledge, Jennifer does the trick my saying to him, Less come back in and show me what a real man you are - with a sultry voice. Herb nearly ate the goose.

One of Burt Reynolds many flaws was being virulently homophobic. His fight with FoodTV CEO Marc Summers.
