1st take some time and read the threads

2nd take some time and learn how to navogate the board

3rd take some time to learn how to use the search button.

4th if you don't take the time for yhe above you might get use ful info or biased info from self promoters or ???

5th learn to post in the appropiate areas ie; your other thread toronto massages don't go here in durham
