I am looking for good egg rolls and won ton soup. Yes, I do enjoy the real won ton soup made with shrimp, with the thin noodle wrapper at real Chines restaurant and the spring rolls with the paper thin pastry, but I am looking for the Americanized egg rolls and won ton soup. I use to go to a buffet with a buddy and eat 2 bowls of won ton soup and 6 egg rolls before we sampled the rest of the dishes.

I think nowadays a lot of the chinese foods like; eggroll , chicken balls etc is bought in bulk/frozen from wholesalers for some chinese resturants and they just deep fry em.
