There's a somewhat incomplete site called rubmaps.ca that's aimed to give you just what you want. Romeo's toronto-exotic-massage.com is complete and has long been the go-to location list for Toronto, but although he has a Bodyrubs map and maps for individual spas, he doesn't have one map with all the various sorts of MPs.
As for the 'good ones' aspect of your request, because that's entirely subjective we have the Massage Forum for actual reviews. A bit of time spent browsing will reveal there's at least three principal but differing versions of what a 'good one' is. What's yours?
Note that the downtown campus of the U of T is tucked between our three subway lines, making straying almost to the burbs north, east and west almost as easy as walking a block or two. Downtown real-estate prices favour bigger money-grabbing enterprises than MPs.

It isn't much compared to what's outside downtown, though. Flirt (both) and Muse are within bus or cab range of the Downsview subway station.
