You know when society political correctness gone too far..
So what's wrong with hiring based on person's physical appearance? In Fashion retails, attractive sales person definitely generate more sales, no question. So would the escorts. Would an escort agency want to hire ugly girls?

Nothing, technically.

Problem is that it's too close (or too easily interpreted as) to OTHER forms of discrimination, which ARE illegal.
