In her role as "Hot Lips" she was adept at switching from scenes where she was a hard ass to scenes that called for sensitivity and vulnerability. I'm particularly thinking of an episode where the nurses confront her for being unfeeling and she breaks down and admits she felt hurt because they didn't include her in their social activities. If I find the clip I'll post it. RIP.
