Low-Cost single room apartment for a start-up SP

anyone know of a place I can send my friend whose looking to start-up? looking at about 400-500/month, single bedroom, basics. etc. and possibly a place that doesn't ask for last month in advance...

i googled an ad the other day, but stupid me forgot to save it or print it...they were several apartment complexes throughout the GTA (single bedroom) asking $450 a month, and the last month payment in advance rule was waived...

A single room probably won't have a bathroom which is something of a necessity for SP's and their clients.

tell your friend to save up and get a decent place. If she's comfortable, attractive and good at the job, she'll have no problem paying for a nice condo or apartment. Just tell her to watch her finances. Pussy can make money but it's certainly not a bottomless ATM.

paying for the place you live in ,, then paying for a up scale condo
wow thats alot of work lol
I know i like to rest my body ,, to keep it healthy and my mind in check
this Buz is sometimes hard on a womans mind (emotional wise)
and some of us have normal jobs to ,, thats what im looking for now
a normal type job as well , so i have something on paper ,, especially when you have family or children ,,
just my 2 cents hun ,, and no you cant have the change back LOL
