making a slideshow

anyone have any idea how to make a file that flashes several pictures, one after the other, and is accepted by websites like Craigslist?

It can be done..im just not sure how

That picture is an animated gif file. Many paint shop style of programs allow you to create these. However do a google search under animated gif creation software and you may get some freeware that can do it.
To view an animated gif you need to view it via a web browser.
Posting it as a gif file essentially is like posting any photo however the series will play one after another in a webrowser.
