Seems FM has qualified his post. As he says we all have different tastes and likes/dislikes. He has indicated that Malika is not his preference and that's fair enough.

I found her to provide great service and we "clicked" very well, and accordingly felt it appropriate to post a review, since there were none on this site when I searched.
