Toronto Police are looking for a man wanted in connection to a stabbing that happened on board a TTC bus over the weekend.
Police said on Saturday around 9:45 a.m., the bus was eastbound in the area of Queen Street West and Tecumseth Street when a man pulled out a knife and stabbed a 32-year-old woman sitting on the seat in front of him, before fleeing the scene.
Officers describe it as an unprovoked attack.
The woman was treated in hospital and released.

The suspect is described as being between 5’9″ and 6’0″ tall with a thin build, a brown or light tanned complexion. He’s unshaven with short dark hair and thick dark eyebrows. Police say he was last seen wearing a black winter jacket, long white t-shirt, red ‘Champion’ sweater, with beige pants and black sneakers with a white sole, carrying a black backpack.
The public is being asked not to approach the man because he’s believed to be armed and dangerous.
