I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Toronto. Upon arrival I noticed that the staff had changed since the last time I had been there. Almost everyone was different, from the cute girl that brought room service, to the sexy girl that worked at the front desk. I had to wait 30 minutes before an ashtray was brought up to my room. Then another 45 minutes for the IT guy to come and fix the internet connection. Wireless service was very poor as well. Is it just me or did the management of the Grand Hotel change? Many of the new staff were of south east asian decent. New Owner maybe? I don't know. But has anyone noticed this as well?
