There is a massage place on Elgin near the court house. Has RMTs. I asked for some information on the phone but didn't really get anything conclusive. Anyone know if they provide extras?

You've gotta love it when someone asks a question like this - you need to provide a little more information - like an address!
If this is the place I am thinking of, around Cooper, then I think you're barking up the wrong tree. I think they are a straight tan and therapy place.
But who knows, since I don't have the address, I can't be sure.

My mistake. I didn't realize the court-house area on Elgin was a hotbed of Massage places.
This particular establishment is located at 200 Elgin. It's one block north of Elgin and Cooper.
I'm just wondering if they offer release.

Actually, there are about four different places, under various guises in that neighbourhood. The one that you have identified is new to me.
Perhaps someone can take one for the team?
I may be up in Ottawa in a couple of weeks, and if no one has tried before then, I will check it out.
