Does anyone know who provides meals delivery to your home for everyday? I tried to google it, but only corporate and event caterer that came up.
I'm pretty sure there are companies that deliver everyday meals to people who dont have time to cook.

Any referals?

Its called meals on wheels but I think it is only for those that cannot take care of themselves, not for people too lazy to.

BTW: one company that does this has a familiar number: 967 1111. There are many companies that deliver everything from steaks to spaghetti to seafood, japanese, just about every type imaginable. Just call up a restaurant and ask them if they deliver.

The reason you only found caterers when you googled caterer is because you're NOT looking for a caterer, you're looking for food delivery.

Dude, it took me less than 1 second to find this:

http://www.toronto.com/searchResults?q=food delivery

WTF?

Dude, It took me less than 1 nano second to speed dial food delivery from my phone, tboy

Sukdeep, you know what i'm talking about. I have never heard the ones that do chinese meals. However, I heard the ones that do healthy meals.

Anyone that ACTUALLY know about what i'm talking about and not trying to be smartass about something that you think that you know but you no nothing or nada or whatever about?

This place: http://www.vegandelights.ca/index.html
has weekly meal delivery (vegan meals.) I don't know how they work out the delivery though. And this place: http://www.nimdiet.com/ delivers (I think) diet meals according to your plan.

At this site: http://www.veg.ca/content/view/90/108/

There's a listing of vegan and vegetarian places that do the personal chef/ delivery type thing.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any that serve up regular old meals without any 'special needs' gimmicks but these might be a place to start.

So, let me get this straight, you want a company, to either decide what you're going to eat on a daily basis and deliver it to you at a predetermined time, or you're going to chose x number of weeks in advance what you're going to have on any given day?

So, either way you're going to have to know weeks at a time when you're going to be home, what you're going to eat, and if you're going to be late, you either end up with a cold plate on your doorstep or have to call them (like a wife) to tell them you're going to be late?

Dude, please. I recieve flyers in the mail ALL the time about places that deliver, they're called restaurants and if you'd get your head out of your ass and actually do some research MANY if not MOST restaurants deliver meals of all kinds. I forget the "proper" name but it was something like "meals to go" and there was vegan, steak house, seafood, thai, all kinds of places NOT just places like Ho Lee Chow etc.

If you want ONE company to deliver and cook any meal you could ever want and you have the foresight to plan it weeks ahead, good luck!

Just remember something: when you come into a public forum and ask (what I consider to be a stupid question) then be prepared to get many types of answers, not just the ones YOU deem appropriate.

Again, cuz you're too damn lazy to do a little research yourself:

Who said I want a company to decide what I'm gonna eat?

And who said that you have to place your order weeks in advance?

I think everyone in the forum know the companies who deliver food to your home (e.g. Swiss Chalet, Pizza Pizza, etc) But then again, since you are really slow, then let me say it again.....that is not what I meant and I'm looking for.
I'm not even sure, if you know what I'm talking about since you consider my question to be a stupid one. I think you are an ignorant person to reply my question. Obviously, you didn't know what I'm talking about, and still trying to post something that definetely not related to my topic, and still keep suggesting something that NOT related to the original topic even after I said so after your first post.

Even worst, you start callilng me lazy and then came up with all of these suggestions that you think I dont know about (pizza, ho-lee choqw, etc). I bet it made you feel smarter after suggesting that to me. Let me tell ya, I got their flyers. But then agian, that's not what i'm looking for ( for the many times, for God's sake). So, since you know and realize (hopefully) that your suggestions do not help me, maybe you can stop posting something on my thread that significantly useless for me. And just a suggestion, since you think you are really good at researching, why dont you research on "how to become a good listener for dummy"

At least here in the States, there are local privately owned small restaurants that specialize in pre-prepared meals. You can stop by on your way home from work, pick up a "to go" meal with all the fixins, and when you get home just pop it in the oven for a few minutes. They usually deliver within a small area, so you have to live near one of them.

No clue what is available in the GTA, but I'd start with Google or the phone book. You may have to resort to Swiss Chalet, Boston Market, Sum Yung Guy, East Side Marios or other more traditional sources.

Thanks for the input MuffinMuncher.

I think I may have to ask someone who live in this condo that I went to a while ago. They subscribe to a company that deliver the food at night and you pick it up at the concierge in the morning. It comes in a specialized box and contains your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I think it is very convenient. I think you can decide the next day menu by filling up an order paper when you return the box at night.

Obviously it is YOU who needs to take a course in English Comp, I specifically said NOT like places like Ho Lee Chow etc and gave you a link to a service called Meals to Go. Where you pick up a more conventional meal. In addition, the flyer I was talking about was specifically designed for non-fast food type places and if you'd read correctly, you would have realized that.

Again, if you read correctly, I said it sound LIKE you want a company to decide weeks in advance for you or YOU to decide x weeks in advance.

But frankly, what the hell are you asking for anyways? You just stated that you "could" decide what you wanted the next day. HOw the HELL is this different than picking up a phone and arranging a meal for delivery the next day from a restaurant which I've been suggesting all along?

I mean, get your head out of your ass...seriously lol. You want a prepared meal (take out) delivered to your door (delivery) and you want to decide from a preprinted menu (flyer/brochure). I mean really dude. What's so "special" about that? Many better restaurants will even supply you with cutlery, but hey, you actually have to do some research which you OBVIOUSLY don't want to do.....

So I tell you what, the next time I get the booklet ( which is usually about 1/2" thick) from the company that represents the finer restaurants in the city that provide this service, I'll come back on here and tell you. BUT I won't tell you the name because you obviously don't want to do ANY legwork of you own.

But frankly, for someone who can't even cook their own meals, or make an effort to do some research to FIND the company that does what they want, well, you are the epitome of lazy my friend lol

You are unbelieveable, dude. I think you should write correctly instead of me read correctly. This is what you said "Dude, please. I recieve flyers in the mail ALL the time about places that deliver, they're called restaurants and if you'd get your head out of your ass and actually do some research MANY if not MOST restaurants deliver meals of all kinds."

OMFG, I thought you would finnaly got it, but you still didn't get it. I AM NOT looking for restaurants. Somebody, please slap this guy head silly. lol

I think you are the one that has your head stuck in your ass deeply. Seriously, you just dont get it like everybody else that have replied to my post here. There is a difference between what I'm looking for and restaurants that YOU know. And frankly, I don't feel like explaining it to you 'cause I dont expect you to get it. I gave up on you lol. Keep your suggestions to yourself 'cause you just don't get it.

And dont bother showing off your 1/2" thick booklet, 'cause you dont get what I want. Just keep it under your pillow, dude.

LMAO, I think you are the one that need to take a course in English. There is a HUGE difference between not having time to cook and can't cook. Look at the first post. Did I say what you said? Just FYI, I KNOW how to cook and I'm good at it. Do your self a favor, dude.....please read carefully.

MOW also available for those who's mobile but dexteity challenged. It's set menu: Veg, Asian, Diab, & low-salt. Downtown meals are prepared by St. Mike hosp.

Just because a person prefers to order-in, not necessary translate to being lazy.

Several private chefs advertise cater service or cook in your kitchen when you wish to entertain. Service in demand in Manhattan as many lack the time or appliances to adeque entertain.
