People steal pics and she would have listed her name in the ad too. Also it is written in third person. Comparing the two ads, it looks to me like it is not her. Someone stole the pic and is using it to scam.

I would have to agree. When I saw the ad, I knew right away the picture was of Megan, but the ad was different. The contact by e-mail is also strange, as Megan had not done that in the past.

Sure am glad I didn't contact the ad thinking it was Megan, and I feel bad for anyone that may have been ripped-off.

This has always been the problem with Durham. There are not a lot of hotels, condos, apartments. It makes offering incalls difficult and once a place gets known to be good, it gets used up fast.
