This place just opened, on Kipling north of North Queen. The old Seductions place.
They have done a nice job inside. They have live music and bands as well.
Owner tells me they are aiming at the over 35 crowd.
I popped in Saturday night. Place is big and it was hopping.
Lots of ladies, in nice dresses, smelling real nice.
It was advertised as bringing back DJ Gene..and the old Mermaid Lounge days. Certainly some Mermaid crowd there.
Lots of people on dance floor....always full...and a lively crowd around the bar.
Not bad at all for us older lads!
I have gone to the Hollywood a few times down on the Queensway on a Saturday, but man, the crowd seems odd and REAL CLICKISH. MUST SAY, MUSIC GOOD AT HOLLYWOOD AS WELL.
