Yeah, Miss Puerto Rico is hot.

But, IMHO, there should be no contestant for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, which are US territories. We have a Miss USA and that's all we should get.

If I don't need a passport or proof of citizenship to go there, it's not a separate country.

I don't know... but Quincy Jones was staring at the stage with a seriously wicked smirk ( is he divorced btw ? ) while David Foster was happy as a kid in a big ass candy store.
