This piece of shit wants leniency, I guess they all do, I'm sick of hearing the defence of saying it wasn't a violent crime for these scumbags, someone should finish this guy off.

I saw where a 91 year old man had to go back to work, whether it's true or sensationalism, who knows.

a) He's not a physical threat to society.
b) It will cost even more money to imprison him in Club Fed.

I think they should just take all his money away, ban him from any activity on Wall Street, and let him try to get a McJob like everyone else.

Him, his wife and anyone else on his payroll should be sentenced to life in a jellyfish pool.

Think of it this way...

If an 'average' person earns $50,000/year, it takes them 20 years to earn $1,000,000, assuming they are working 8 hours a day, for the entire year. In essence, a person and their wealth are literally the same thing, as a person has invested a substantial portion of their life doing productive labor in order to accumulate their money. To steal the million dollars from this person, is to literally take away twenty years of their life.

The punishment should be stern in my opinion.

He's eligible for parole in 2159 :p

But seriously, what kind of idiot gives all his money to one person to invest???
You gotta be nuts to do that!!

You should diversify your money into many different assets.
That way if one stock goes under or is run by crooks you have the other 2 dozen assets to fall back on

He won't be getting Club Fed; there would be a riot. With that length of sentence he'll be getting many visits from buddies named Bubba Dover and his brother Ben.

In the laboratory.
Put him in the same cell as Conrad Black. Listening to that pompous bore will drive ol' Madoff nuts inside a couple weeks.

I heard that because Madoff got more than 25 years he will have to serve it in a maximum security facility. No Club Fed for you!
