It now appears, how Karl Rowe won the election for GWB. He made the moral issues, i.e. religion, the theme of the election.

The genius of it was that he kept it secret from the Democrats, or maybe the Democrats did not want to see it. It appears that he spread the word around through church circles. But it was not present in the debates, and the fact that the Democrats brought out all the Hollywood types, in order to get the youth vote, played right into the strategy.

It was not about the war on Iraq or on terror.

So much for keeping all election discussion confined to one thread.

Look, it's clear - the Republicans outplayed the Democrats and kicked their asses.
Game. Set. Match.
(Unfortunately, Goober thinks the Democrats outplayed the Republicans but that Ed Belfour stole the election.)

Karl has been saying for 4 years that millions of conservatives stayed home in 2000, he worked to get them to vote and it worked. NPR used to report on this like it was a Republican waco concept, they just got kicked in the ass by the waco concept.

Stay tuned for the Democrats "finding Jesus" which I'm sure will go over bit with their overwhelming Jewish support.
