Presumably if you are into transvestites, you do not want your SP to look entirely like a woman. If you did, you would into transexuals instead. The other thing to consider is that this is a guy, so this may not be a commercial enterprise, it may be about fulfilling his fantasy, and if he makes any money, it is a bonus. In principle a female SP could be in it for her gratification, not for money, but I have yet to see it.
