MSN Messenger

Everytime I logon to Hotmail, MSN Messenger automatically starts up.........really slowing down my computer.

Anyone know how to disable it from starting up with Hotmail???

open messenger abd go to prefrences and disable it from starting on START UP.

papasmurf is right.... but messenger is actually running from when you turn on the machine unless you disable it... so it really isn't starting when you log on to hotmail, it is just expanding...

It also appear that running Messenger somehow triggers a lot of spam to your email account.
I deleted messenger from my machine and my spam was reduced by a factor of 10.
