Will be going to Myrtle Beach shortly for some golf and strippers. Was wondering if anyone has been recently that could give some insight about where to go. Which strip clubs are good, have heard about byob places, is this for real? Just looking for more info on where to stay and play, if anyone could help it would be appreciated. I have read some of the previous threads, just wondering if anyone had some recent stories.

There is only one strip club worth your time... "MASTERS"... its the only strip club that is the size of a Walmart 
Just wondering venus mgr, are the places down there worth the money, or should i save it and spend it here?
Been many times to Myrtle Beach, the strip joints suck and the golf is OK....

You can hit Crazy Horse first 'cause Masters is an all-nighter place and I believe you can take you own booze with you... or I'm mixing that up for another ripper joint. The only thing I don't like about American strip clubs is that:
a) the women are aggressive
b) they want to bum smokes and drinks off you esp. the not so hot ones
c) they're not afraid to cuss you out if you waste their time
d) they get pissed if you give them just a dollar tip
e) no lap dancing
f) no touching or they cuss you out
g) everyone is packing silicone
h) panties stay on
Watch out for the cab drivers!! If you're hammered, chances are you WILL get taken for a spin.

thanks MB, looks like Ill be seeing the sights in a cab because we will be loaded for sure. I'm afraid I will be dissapointed with the strip clubs, thinking i will be better off saving my money there, and going to mtl after and blowing it.
By all means check out Masters and Crazy Horse (there are others but they're ehhhhh...) but control your spending 'cause you don't get much mileage there. At night, hit the Broadway strip and check out Froggy Bottoms and/or Kryptonite clubs. There are 4 clubs within Froggy Bottoms so one cover charge gets you into all 4. Kryptonite is a hit and miss. These clubs are mostly University students.
If you're into a little older crowd, there's the Dueling Pianos next door.
Restaurants close early in the Bible Belt during the off season so if you're planning on eating out at the restaurants (other than fast food) then fix your schedules to match. Not sure if they're getting into the tourist season again but check in advance.

Tons of very good golf, the strip clubs are lousy for mileage and OK for eye candy. "Thee Doll House" is also on the strip.
The courses at Barefoot Resort are excellent. Four courses, one each designed by Tom Fazio, Pete Dye, Greg Norman and Davis Love. Then you can go to "Umberto's" in Barefoot Landing for great Italian. Either the veal parmagian or the pork chop or the veal chop are recommended. You'll have a hard time finishing.

....lap dancing at the biggest Myrtle Beach SC...I forget the name, it might be Crazy Horse or Thee Dollhouse, (edit: it is "Thee DollHouse") but I am not sure...
The thing is though, the lap dances are $30 (edit: $35...sheesh), and not NEARLY the "mileage" you guys want. It is a "lap dance" - that is IT.
They do run hourly specials though...like 3 dances for $60 or something like that.
Typically, I go to this club (Thee Dollhouse), take my Cubans, drink my Grey Goose until I am stinking drunk, and just get the $10 table dances, which often include "accidental" contact if you taken the time to chat up the girl and warm her up. It isn't the scene you guys like but it pretty much what I am looking for....smoke my cigar, drink my vodka, chat up a pretty girl, and when a kewl song comes on, she dances for me. Since there are SO MANY girls in the bar on any given night, it is very, very competitive, and if you are willing to "settle" for one of the girls who isn't totally top shelf (not a problem for me, since "my type"...girls with some ass....are usually not as popular), you can drink with and get dances all night (ok...2 or 3 hours) with a girl for like $150....if you are willing to settle for table dances versus lap.
After that, I grab a cab and tell him EXACTLY what route to take, and let him know I've been doing this ritual twice a year for 10 years (plus staying at the same resort), so I never get screwed.
If you want some civilian action, go to "Ocean Annie's". It's where everybody goes to get drunk and laid. Somebody from my "crew" always gets lucky every night there. The women are just average (they're civilians...though some are OUTSTANDING, just as IRL...but those come with BFs...often bikers...) but they are far from home and VERY willing. Plenty MWF "girls weekend" action...not that I have partaken personally (I'm married, you know...)

I agree. Two strip joints on the island - Thee Diamond Club is not bad - kind of a blue collar type of place. Go to HHI in early May every year and this year TDC had renovated since the previous year. Club Platinum (is that the name of the other one) is an interesting place. No wait staff, the girls get your drinks for you and then sit and talk to get you into the back room. In both cases, topless only, no touching.spiff said:

Not sure if that is the case. Off-season golf is $59 US per round with cart all day. Afternoon rates are always cheaper as the locals don't play afternoons.MLAM said:

I was down there last year for golf and decided to hit the crazy horse. They have some cute girls, bit's so not worth it. You have to hit the private VIP area as apposed to the public one to spend some time with the girl and it's pretty costly. The bouncer is always watching and the girls are pretty restrictive. Enjoy your golf and hit the hooters, eye candy in there is pretty nice!

Lap dances were offered for $20 but they do keep their bottoms on . Most girls were doing the minimum to get their $20 . There was one girl , Sable who was a lot of fun . If she's still there give her a try .
