Name change, almost made a mistake

Has anyone ever shown up to a session and realised that you've seen the girl before when she was using a different name? It likely happens more in cities with several agency options I guess.

I was about to make a booking with an SP and something was nagging at my brain about one of her pics. I decided to sleep on it and it hit me that I'm 99% sure I've seen this girl before about 3 years ago. It wasn't a good experience, we just didn't click and she really wasn't my kind of SP. We parted amicably enough, with no worries, but It would have been a real waste of time and money if I'd repeated the session.

There have been a couple of recent threads about SP's changing their names. Just wondering how often guys have this happen, if ever.

Happens every once in a while, and if the name change issue hasn't been identified already by another terb member or two, it can turn out to be a waste of time, money, and effort.

Have to admit there's a bit of a sinking feeling when I enter the room and realize that I have met the lady before and she wasn't really my c.o.t.

However, when it does happen I try to make the best of it, and not let the lady see my disappointment.

During the time of Backpages it happened to me three times in three months in Oakville area. She was using fake pictures - different ones each time! And each time I walked at the door. She was a starfish that didn’t smile. Wasn’t doing that again.

Back in the day I met several ladies at industry parties so I knew what they look like and knew a bit of their personality before booking. In some cases I approached the lady and in other cases the lady approached me.

Sadly, bad service leads to bad reviews. Bad reviews leads to less clients. That is why they change their name in most cases. If they have a good reputation, they want to keep it. Guess we just get burned once in a while.
