All question posts for correctly identified movies have been updated. Confirmation posts will be done after the game is over, ie: on Monday, January 12.

I'll be gaming for the next few hours, (after 10:05 PM on Thursday), so any additional posts may not be acknowledged for several hours.

I was so surprised when you answered with Nope! But I was only 90% sure so...
I made the screen cap many months ago. For some reason, I misidentified it as Barbarella. I similarly misnamed Reptilicus as Gorgo.

I am sure about the names of the unidentified movies. I expect that the Stump list will shorten somewhat before midnight on January 11, and a few people will have an 'I could have had a V-8 ' moment for any that nobody gets.

Re-reading post #674 may be helpful to some.

...Finding the original question post is part of the game....

I guess it probably was The Guyver
Dude, you replied to a reply post, after having already received your mulligan. You know what that means:

What's the matter with you? Didn't I tell you? Didn't I tell you? Didn't I TELL you? What's the matter with you? What the fuck's the matter with you? Didn't I tell you? What's the matter with you?

But seriously... your performance in this game is like Wilt Chamberlain showing up at the start of the fourth quarter after a busy early evening of 'banging cocktail waitresses two at a time', (as Moe Greene might put it), and still dropping 30 points on the night. Props.

There's still ten days to go for the last half dozen.

This is the last round of Name the movie, but there will be more individual questions posted in Trivia-o-rama from time to time. I have many more movies, but most of them don't have an 'iconic' image that's right for this kind of game.

I'll start collecting screen caps for Name the TV show soon, and like this one, it will be a separate thread, and a competition.

There's no Spartacus: House of Ashur next week; the last four episodes will air weekly from January 16 - February 6.

There was no way it was possibly not Flash Gordon.
It's one of the most iconic visuals in the film, since Brian Blessed's performance is legendary.
When I saw the Nope, my thought was that this must be a frame from another movie referencing Flash Gordon or possibly a spoof where they recreated the scene or something 🙂
