need advice

i am a truck driver.(ya... I know... I don't want to get into that right now) and I am thinking of getting a GPS system called the copilot 11. I would like to use a touch screen computer. Now I saw this touch screen monitor called the Shark SHK840, I would like to know what cpu I should get to use in a truck and to run the GPS software. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If this is a gps that runs off a computer, then the software should have a minimum requirements to run it.......the company propably says what reccomended.

With the prices now, don't buy the cheapest, don't buy the most expensive. You should be ok then.

if it was me, Intel duo core, 2gig memory, 250gig HDD, 17" Screen.

oh and before you buy;

make sure the software is compatible with vista!!!
