There should be review boards that are popular in each states or cities. I don't know whether they are already shut down by the government as with the Backpage. I know there is a review board named TER Review Board or something similar name which is very popular in America.

Used to be lots, many dried up and then the US Government stepped in and many had to close and then reopen... some have and others haven't. Anyways TER is once again an alternative but there are others.
